Group Tax Analyst

Integral Search is partnering with a prestigious Global Life Insurance Group who is experiencing substantial growth in the UK and worldwide, and as a result, they are seeking a talented Tax Manager to join their expanding central tax team.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a first move in-house out of Practice. This ideal for a person who genuinely loves overseeing and running a tax compliance process. You will lead all the UK Tax compliance for all taxes so if you are passionate about getting the numbers right but also seeing how to improve and streamline the process, then this is fantastic.

This role, whether you have trained in Corporate Tax or Indirect Tax, is ideal for a person who is not afraid of broadening out technically. You will have the support of a incredibly strong Tax Manager and Head of Tax who are well known in the Insurance Market.
If you have Financial Services experience of any background of course this is beneficial but a bright/proactive person with experience of UK from any industry can adapt well in a close knit team.

For clarity you will managed their UK Tax Processes e.g. FATCA/CRS, corporation tax returns, provisioning and building appropriate monitoring tools around the group's key tax issues, Quarterly VAT Returns for UK companies & supporting on Employment Tax Processes.

You will support the tax manager on Transactional Support ad hoc support with some assistance with M&A projects and international structuring but fundamentally the UK piece is yours to run.

The client in question requests you are an ACA and or CTA with a positive mindset and passion for Tax.
