Responsibilities:

* Lead a high-performing tax compliance and advisory team, supporting and advising various businesses.
* Manage a client portfolio and provide premium corporation tax compliance services.
* Offer valuable and technically accurate tax advice on complex issues.
* Build an external network and stay informed about the firm's capabilities and general business factors.
* Collaborate on business development initiatives.
* Liaise with colleagues to deliver high-quality service to clients and identify potential tax-related risks and opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate tax advisory, leadership skills, and business development experience. They should possess ACA qualification (or equivalent), CTA qualification preferred or proven tax advisory experience, experience in a client-facing role, excellent corporate tax compliance experience, in-depth technical knowledge, proven track record in managing a busy portfolio, and demonstrated interest in business development.
