The role of Tax Manager encompasses providing tax advisory and compliance services to a diverse range of clients. The Tax Manager will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and collaborate with high-profile clients, ensuring their strategic goals are achieved while maximising available tax exemptions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Offer expert tax structuring advice to clients, facilitating tax-efficient property transactions
* Provide guidance on maximising charitable exemptions through tax-efficient group structures and gift aid policies
* Collaborate effectively with partners and directors to establish and nurture strong client relationships
* Engage in business development initiatives and proposal activities
* Provide valuable insights to clients on ongoing tax compliance requirements

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications and skills:

* ACA/ACCA/CTA qualified or equivalent qualification
* Strong experience in UK corporate tax, preferably within the real estate or not-for-profit sector
* Proven ability to supervise and mentor junior team members, assisting with their career development
* Knowledge of the UK real estate market or not-for-profit sector is advantageous
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and independently
* Demonstrated leadership capabilities in client engagements
