The Role: Technical Coach

The Senior Manager will take on the crucial role of a Technical Coach, responsible for supporting and developing team members at all levels. Key responsibilities include:

* Providing group and one-on-one coaching to enhance technical skills and offer support.
* Serving as the primary point of contact for technical queries, coordinating with specialists and drafting technical notes for dissemination.
* Responding to technical queries on chat groups and sharing valuable insights.
* Conducting comprehensive technical reviews, delivering verbal and written feedback to individuals on complex or developmental areas.
* Performing risk reviews, identifying trends, and recommending training or other initiatives to manage risks effectively.
* Proactively planning and preparing for upcoming challenges, such as new rules and implementations.
* Delivering technical training sessions, including preparation and review of training materials, ensuring consistent and timely delivery across all levels within Compliance Services.
* Providing technical support during client engagements.

Essential Skills and Experienc

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:

* CTA, ACA, or ACCA qualification
* Relevant qualifications and extensive expertise in corporate tax and financial reporting.
* Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills, facilitating constructive and challenging conversations to foster professional development.
