In the role of Senior Manager, the successful candidate will join a specialised team that focuses on partnership fund compliance for a diverse client base, including some of the largest and most complex funds. This role presents an exciting chance to apply your skills and expertise in a compliance-focused environment, working alongside a team that has experienced significant growth in recent years and continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting quality reviews of a portfolio of large and/or complex fund clients
* Identifying potential consulting projects arising from compliance work
* Collaborating with senior staff to manage the overall team, including people, finances, technology, and marketing
* Facilitating the smooth transition of work into the compliance team
* Providing support and tax technical assistance to the team
* Offering specialist support in the ongoing development of technology for fund compliance
* Working closely with advisory teams to bring the compliance offering to the market
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Extensive experience in fund compliance, particularly in partnership computations and returns, investor reporting, and general partner corporate tax returns
* Professional qualification such as ATT, CTA, AAT, or ACA
* Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
* Excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written
