The Senior Manager will join the team to meet the growing demand for specialist services. They will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, mainly within the Financial Services sector, while reporting to Directors and Partners. Key responsibilities include overseeing the delivery of technical projects, such as transfer pricing policy support, documentation, and inquiries. The Senior Manager will apply a curious mindset and analytical approach to solving complex client problems. They will lead financial management for clients, engage in business development activities, coordinate with specialists across the global network, and provide training and coaching to junior team members.
Additionally, the Senior Manager will support Partners and Directors in various aspects of team leadership, stay updated with relevant regulatory and business issues, and develop internal and external relationships to enhance their professional brand.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering quality work to clients, demonstrating a thorough understanding of their business and relevant professional standards. They will possess extensive experience in advising financial services clients on transfer pricing, along with wider exposure to corporate tax or related international issues. The Senior Manager should be skilled in managing a varied portfolio of clients and projects, including financial and risk management aspects. Excellent communication skills, the ability to provide meaningful feedback, and prompt problem-solving capabilities are essential.
Desirable skills include an ACA or equivalent qualification, a background in economics, and/or an MBA. However, these qualifications are not essential.
