Capital Tax Recruitment are helping our client find a Senior Manager to join their thriving Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) tax team. Your clients would range from Private Equity Houses to Public Sector clients and the team covers global transactions across different territories.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Looking at tax compliance and tax risks for clients wishing to sell/acquire businesses
* Helping clients to make informed economic decisions and evaluate their business strategy
* Assisting clients with pre-acquisition and implementing new tax planning ideas

Many of the transactions are large-scale involving listed and private-equity clients, often involving advice on cross-border structuring. You would need evidence of leading complex M&A projects.
