A leading global professional services firm is currently seeking a Corporate Tax Compliance Senior Manager to join their team of experts. The firm provides their clients with expert advice to navigate the complexities of the changing tax landscape, delivering deep tax technical, people, and legal expertise to help clients make informed and compliant decisions. Their clients range from multinational organizations and public sector bodies to entrepreneurs and family businesses across a wide range of industry sectors.

As a Senior Manager, the successful candidate will specialize in fund management & financial services and provide clients with advice on various compliance issues, including paying and minimizing their tax liabilities. Key responsibilities will include up-front scoping and engagement planning with clients, liaising with the Data Management team on the approach to data collection for clients, review and submission of tax accounting schedules, and review and ultimate submission of corporation tax returns. Additionally, they will identify opportunities for related services and help clients manage their tax risk, organize, monitor, and manage their own workload with a high level of client contact, manage budgets, and assist in the development of other staff, including delegation and coaching. The Senior Manager will also contribute to the growth and profitability of the team and be involved in the risk procedures for the business.

The successful candidate will possess initiative, enthusiasm, and the ability to work with and contribute to the team, possessing the personal skills needed to form strong, professional relationships. They will be ACA or CTA qualified, have strong corporate tax skills, GAAP and IFRS tax accounting experience, a highly developed client service ethos, and the ability to establish, build, and maintain a good working relationship with key decision-makers, including partners and senior client personnel. They will have the ability to help manage and build new business through referrals, networking and spotting client opportunities and be an effective delegator and strong coach for junior staff.
