Capital Tax Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a prestigious Big 4 accountancy practice who are looking to recruit a dynamic Senior Tax Manager as part of a fast growing tax practice in Bristol. They're seeking an excellent candidate with a proven track record to work in this dynamic environment within a strong leadership and management team. The work is diverse with a client base of UK listed, PE backed, inbound and family-owned groups.

The successful candidate will build strong relationships, develop junior staff and provide excellent client service identifying business development opportunities and be responsible for:

* Liaising with the client service team and with colleagues in other tax disciplines.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and identifying new leads for work.
* Ensuring clients are kept updated on developments within the corporate tax world that may affect their business.
* Be market facing with allocated clients and organisations.
* Hold and control conversations with senior stakeholders in the markets and introduce specialists from within the firm where necessary
* Be involved in business development and proposal activity.
* Lead by example with client relationships, technical quality and service delivery.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop an impressive portfolio of clients and build the most successful tax team in the Bristol area which is anticipated to fast track the right candidate to Director level within 18 months.
