New Corporate Tax Director Opportunity - Cambridge

Could you lead a team of specialists in a variety of UK tax and international projects and M&A transactions for clients in a variety of sectors? Could you be part of a team that focuses on the most dynamic groups of private equity, listed and family-owned businesses operating in high growth areas such as Tech and Life Sciences? Would you like to join a team of well-established tax specialists to help the firms clients address all their tax compliance and advisory needs?

Capital Tax Recruitment is currently working in partnership with a prestigious Big 4 accountancy practice who are looking to recruit a self-motivated Tax Director to join a team assisting clients by managing and advising on UK and international tax projects. Your work will involve:

* Be market facing and drive sales on allocated clients target organisations.
* Actively promote team and personal profile to internal networks to promote collaboration and increase internal leads.nd be capable of introducing specialists from across the firm.
* Play a key role in the development and coaching of less experienced team members.
* Identify key client issues that represent opportunities for joint teams to play an active role in introductions.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a market leading team in Cambridge. This role has the potential to lead to a Partnership role in the foreseeable future and comes with a remuneration and benefits package that is well above market rate.
