Private Equity Funds Tax Director - Fast Track to Partner

Capital Tax Recruitment are currently working with a prestigious Big 4 accountancy practice who are looking to recruit a dynamic, forward thinking Tax Director to lead a team of Private Equity specialists. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to enhance existing relationship skills, develop leadership capabilities and expand their technical and commercial knowledge as part of a collaborative team which will help in your development up to Partnership level. Your team will provide a range of different tax services to fund vehicles and management entities above the portfolio level. This includes tax compliance for these entities, fund structuring and the ad-hoc advisory work for a range of middle market private equity funds.

The role will involve working on a range of clients and projects:

* You will be a key member of the funds leadership team.
* You will be required to build and expand your internal and external network to generate further business.
* Demonstrate strong technical and risk management skills and lead the delivery of advice to a variety of clients.
* Delegate effectively and foster the development of team members.
* Identify risk potential and deliver competitive solutions.
* You will be responsible for originating work by spotting ideas and opportunities and converting them into a proposition.
