New Employment Tax Solutions Director Opportunity

Do you have extensive experience of employment tax and wider reward legislation? Do you possess the willingness and flexibility to generate new business in both employment tax and reward? Can you communicate with clients and colleagues in a way that is honest, consistent and clear with regard to the delivery of services ranging from Payroll and HMRC Compliance through to Valuation Services?

Capital Tax Recruitment is currently in partnership with a prestigious accountancy practice who are looking to recruit an ambitious Director to lead a team of specialists working on a wide variety of international and domestic clients including many household names. The role will primarily focus on Employment Solutions. The work is wide ranging and covers all aspects of employment solutions including employment tax and risk governance, IR35 and employment status, payroll effectiveness and expenses and benefits compliance.

Your role and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* You will lead the relationships and accounts for a number of our key FS clients as well as a broader portfolio and be expected to originate opportunities, deliver against those and drive our FS strategy.
* Leading business development and marketing activities, both internally and with our partner / director group, and externally in the market.
* Winning new work and encouraging a winning mindset within an experienced team of tax professionals.
* Leading by example on technical quality and service delivery of Employment Solutions offerings.
* Innovating our services around a wide range of developing employment and reward related changes in legislation (including National Minimum Wage legislation).
* Leading teams of people including coaching and development of junior staff.
