VAT Accountant (Luxury Retail/ Cosmetics)

A Luxury Cosmetics brand based in central London is currently searching for a VAT Accountant. This role has come about due to an internal promotion and will initially focus on VAT, but will further expand into Corporate Tax compliance as you grow and develop in this small, close-knit team.

This business is part of a Luxury Goods Group that span the Globe, this role will initially focus on UK and Europe. The business operate a flexible working policy with two days in the office. There is also a considerable discount scheme on offer!

Example Responsibilities:

- VAT Compliance and Reporting for UK and EMEA (c. 8 jurisdictions)
- Assisting with VAT related projects such as MTD
- Growing into assisting on Corporate Tax compliance (no prior experience required)
- Work with external advisors and outsource providers

Requirements:

- Experience of VAT compliance for the UK and Europe
- Advanced Excel skills
- Confident, organised with strong communication skills
