Your role as an M&A Manager will be providing project management for all areas of Tax M&A services; providing advisory services to companies investing funds and/or expanding their operations in CIS countries, as well as to companies from CIS countries that want to increase their presence abroad; supervising lower staff, preparing due diligence and structuring reports drafts; developing budgets, project plans, staffing plans for large projects; assisting clients in implementation of post-transaction changes; consulting clients on transaction and structure-related issues; building and maintaining relationships with clients.
You must have minimum 5 years of tax/accounting experience preferably in Tax M&A services, have excellent knowledge of accounting and financial analysis; Strong management skills, experience in building good client work relationships; strong analytical skills, good writing skills (both English and Russian). ACCA/CPA degree or relevant will be a plus.
