Having now established an International Tax group with a excellent market reputation, the firm has made the strategic decision to develop our Financial Services Tax offering and build a team of specialists in that sector.
The Job
This role is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to work with the lead Partner in developing and establishing Financial Services Tax offering within a dynamic tax consulting practice. The role will primarily involve advising businesses in the asset management sector, however candidates with broader financial services skills would also be of interest. Further details of the role are as follows:
Pure consulting role with full responsibility for planning and delivery
Build and develop a team of staff
Work closely with the Partner in an open and collaborative environment
Prove and demonstrate business development skills
Develop relationships with key contacts in the financial services sector
Take ownership of your own career development
Build your profile in the industry
Achieve rapid progression in a growing team
Participate in thought leadership work, industry committees and conferences
The Person
Qualified ACA, ACCA, CTA or equivalent
Currently a Senior Manager or Director in either practice or within industry looking for the next career move
Experienced in advising businesses in the asset management sector and experience with various forms of collective investment schemes, OEICS, unit trusts, investment trusts, pension funds, hedge funds, offshore funds
Proven tax technical skills
Successful in business development and have a strong network of contacts
