As a Senior Manager in our flourishing Corporate Tax team you will be involved in the full client engagement process, enabling you to develop broader business tax skills and specialise if you want to. Your ability to focus on our clients and deliver innovative tax solutions will be enhanced by our knowledge of specific business environments including large multi-nationals, financial services and the chance to work with many household names. You will be responsible for managing and delivering strategic tax planning on matters ranging from tax efficient financing, mergers, acquisitions and disposals, restructuring and complex tax authority enquiries for elite clients.

The role involves:
Leading business development initiatives on target accounts, contributing to winning new work
Leading existing client engagements, reporting directly to a Partner
Input into development of new market opportunities locally and nationally with an opportunity to lead the development of the new ideas
Identifying cross service line opportunities
Developing less experienced staff with hands on advice and support
Technical research
Corporation tax planning and advice regarding transactions, mergers and acquisitions and international tax
To be considered you must possess:
ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent qualifications or experience
Strong client management skills
A proven track record of business development
Excellent staff management and leadership skills
