Our Corporate Tax business is thriving doing what it does best - consulting to blue chip corporate firms with cutting edge tax advice on mergers & acquisitions, capital gains tax, trusts, transaction structuring and franking credits. There is a current opening for an experienced tax professional to take on the challenges our team can provide.
You'll be involved in:
- Proactive tax advice to "top-end of town" clients
- Advising clients in rapidly growing and emerging markets on major transactions where you can develop specialist skills around tax due diligence and structuring
- Developing the careers of junior team members and getting involved in
driving group initiatives
