You will advice on transactions from start to finish, identifying risks and providing planning solutions. You will advice on mergers and acquisitions and fund structures for offshore and onshore investments. My client is renowned for quality of service and therefore you must be able to provide an efficient and proactive service to clients ensuring that all needs are met fully.
You must be a qualified lawyer with relevant UK experience. Ideally you will have at least a 2:1 degree from a reputable university and be able to demonstrate confidence, motivation and ambition.
