And as an Assistant Manager, you’ll contribute to the growth of the practice by proactively targeting and developing new clients in worldwide locations, including Europe, Asia and the USA.
You will benefit from early client exposure and assist on client engagements, taking ownership of your workload and building relationships with your clients. You will have the opportunity to work with high profile Japanese clients, really focussing on your engagement management skills. As an Assistant Manager your day will be varied advising clients on tax planning, policy structuring and expatriate programmes.

As an expatriate tax specialist, you will:
· Review and prepare UK expatriate tax returns;
· Conduct entry and exit consultations with expatriates;
· Advise and guide clients on the planning and implications involved in international assignments, and resolve client queries;
· Contribute to marketing & targeting new clients.
To qualify, you will have:
· UK tax-return preparation and review experience essential
· The ability to communicate clearly and build strong relationships at all levels.
· Excellent time management skills
· Worked within a Professional Service environment either within an expatriate role, Private Client services or Corporate Tax. Please note that consideration will also be given to those working within smaller firms.
· Strong Japanese linguistic skills preferential
