As an Administrator within our Employer Consulting Opportunities team your day will vary from being involved in credit control, organising events, marketing, analysing reports, and providing general administrative support to a team of 100.
A background in a similar financial role at a previous employer would be advantageous. Full training in the use of the SAP system will be given so no previous experience of the actual system is needed .
You will also benefit from continuous training, ongoing feedback and structured development in a supportive culture.
The role involves:
· Providing assistance with billing of client work
· Providing assistance with credit control
· Taking ownership of relevant take-on procedures for new clients. This includes the completion of Anti-Money Laundering checks, 'Know Your Client' reports and Conflict Checks
· Extraction and manipulation of reports from SAP
· Ensuring that permanent files are set up for each client and that these remain up to date
· Providing any other administrative support to the department as and when it arises
To be considered you must possess:
· Strong organisational skills
· Ability to multi task and prioritise workload ensuring deadlines are met
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to work as part of a team but also ability to manage own workload.
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Previous experience of SAP would be beneficial but not essential
· Excellent in all Microsoft Office applications
